Together we are offering medically supervised weight loss and wellness plans - with or without medicine! We offer this in a membership plan and semaglutide /Vit B12 is included! We also offer significant discounts on compounded tirzepetide. *Insurance generally does not cover weight loss services; therefore, this is a cash pay service only. However, if your insurance does cover weight loss medications, we also have a plan for you with a prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
